Muto provides insights into mobility costs, employees, assets, contracts, distance, fuel and electricity consumption, charging behaviour and CO₂ emissions. The available information depends on the data connected to or imported into Muto.

Muto provides curated dashboards for general, asset, consumption and financial insights. The dashboards themselves are not currently customisable.

For tailored reporting, you can create custom exports by selecting the relevant data, fields and filters.

Yes. Muto supports custom data exports so you can feed mobility data into your existing reporting environment — whether that's Power BI, Tableau or something else.

Yes. Depending on the insight, you can filter or divide the data by company, cost centre, supplier, asset type, financing type, motorisation type and other relevant dimensions.

You can save custom export configurations as templates. When you reuse a template, Muto generates a new export based on the latest available data.

Reports are based on the latest data available in Muto. How frequently that data is updated depends on the connected supplier, integration or import process.

Muto uses available fuel and energy transaction data and applies defined conversion factors to calculate CO₂ emissions. The accuracy of the result depends on the completeness and quality of the source data.
